Chase Property Management, LLC is a locally owned, full service management company. Sherry and Terry Chase have been landlords in Jackson for the last fifteen years and opened Chase Property Management, LLC in May of 2007 to assist other owners with their property management needs. We are both licensed by the State of Michigan and our LLC is registered with the State of Michigan.

- We work directly with our owners and our tenants to assure communication either via e-mail, phone or personal interaction. “We are the Company.”
- Written management agreements signed for each represented property.
- Strong advertising program including weekly ads with the Jackson Citizen Patriot, Rentlinx and Jackson Area Landlords Association and yard signs.
- Members of JALA and PALM (local Jackson rental property associations).
- We have a good working knowledge of today's rental market.
- Credit and background checks done for each prospective tenant.
- We offer full service interior and exterior maintenance and rehabilitation of units.
- Emergency services available 24/7.
- Good working relationship with Section 8 (MSHDA and Jackson Housing Commission).
- City of Jackson code inspections and compliance.
- Landscaping and snow removal services through local vendors.
- Cleaning services available to make sure available units show well.
- With a strong legal background, we can assist in rent collection, delinquency actions (evictions, money judgments, garnishments) at a reasonable cost. Attorney available for court appearances at a reasonable cost if necessary.
- Financial services including monthly invoices and spreadsheets for maintenance work, accounts payable, rents received – all provided to our Owners on a monthly basis. Complete handling of security deposits.
- Two tier fee schedule: lease up management fee is 75% of first months rent; thereafter 10% per month management fee.
